We have worked closely with many clients to implement our Insurance Card/Notification Program to deliver driver convenience, without interruption to the fleet’s day-to-day routines.
We are able to achieve this in a number of ways, two specific examples of which are listed below:
Program provides on-the-spot assistance
In this case, the driver called from a dealership advising that he had lost his insurance card. The Driver Services Associate who took the call instantly routed the request to our Driver Fulfillment department. Driver Fulfillment processed the request and reissued (via fax) an insurance card directly to the dealership. This entire process was turned around quickly; the driver had his new insurance card that very same day.
Preventive measures
This instance involved our receiving an insurance suspension notice from New York State regarding a client’s driver. We worked directly with the client’s broker, immediately faxing the notice and other necessary information to the broker. The broker provided necessary information back to the State, and the situation was resolved without the driver’s insurance lapsing, eliminating the risk of cessation of driving privileges or any other inconvenience to the driver.
